In-Home Repairs

If your pinball machine just needs a few tweaks and adjustments, it can likely be repaired in your own home. We will take the time to diagnose and repair the issue, often in only one visit. Occasionally, parts may be required or circuit boards may need off-site servicing. In those cases we usually get things running with just one return visit. A typical service call is 2-3 hours.

First Hour (within Windsor-Essex)

$140

If you book an in-home repair with us, we charge a flat rate for the first hour plus any parts that might be required plus HST.

Additional Time Required

$80

Each additional hour is billed at $80/hr plus parts that might be required plus HST.

Parts

We bring a fair quantity of spare parts but because there are so many parts we may have to order parts and come back. Parts usually take 2-3 weeks depending on the part and availability plus HST.

In-Shop Service

If your pinball machine requires more extensive refurbishment, it can be brought to our shop in Harrow. Over the course of several days, we will diagnose and troubleshoot any issues and provide you with a written estimate of what it will cost to get your machine back into shape. The cost for this service varies depending on the amount of work required, the service requested, and the era of the machine. PLEASE NOTE - AN ESTIMATE IS NOT A FIRM QUOTE - THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL WORK/PARTS REQUIRED.

In-Shop rates

$60

In-Shop repair rates are $60/hour if you bring your machine to us for repair. We provide an estimate (at no charge) if you decide to proceed plus HST.

Estimate

$80

We will provide you with a written estimate of the work we recommend and provide options. We work with you to tailor the estimate to your budget and your expectations. The fee is ONLY charged if you decide NOT to get the work done plus HST.

Pick up & Drop Off

$350

We prefer that you drop off your machine, but we can pick it up and deliver back to you when complete. The machine has to ready for us to pick up in a level location with easy access. This fee is for each way plus HST.

Warranty

30 Days

We stand behind our work (for 30 days at least). Labour will be free during this time. We will charge for any parts that are required. Outside our travel area we will provide free video calls to help fix the issue. SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MORE DETAILS
